Yes. Cruise timing is one of the most important factors we consider when planning a shore excursion. We build the itinerary around Coral Princess's scheduled arrival and departure, allowing time for port pickup, sightseeing, meals when included, and the return journey.

Your guide and driver will meet you at the designated port pickup location. Before your excursion, we provide clear instructions about where to go after leaving Coral Princess, how to identify your guide, and how to contact our local team if needed.

Yes. Solo travelers are welcome to join our shared tours. You do not need to book a private vehicle or find a group of your own. Simply choose an available itinerary and enjoy the day with other travelers and an experienced local guide.

Cruise schedules can change because of weather, port operations, or other circumstances. As a local team, we can respond directly to changes affecting your excursion. We monitor the schedule and coordinate with our guides and drivers so the pickup and itinerary can be adjusted when necessary.

We plan the excursion backwards from the ship's scheduled departure, taking the expected travel time and local traffic into account. Our guides and drivers also keep track of the time throughout the day. We avoid unnecessary detours and leave an appropriate buffer for the return to port.

We recommend booking as early as possible, particularly for popular sailing dates. Advance booking gives us enough time to arrange the right guide, vehicle, and port pickup while giving you a better choice of available small-group itineraries.

We would deeply regret your decision to cancel your shore excursions; however we realize that there are many valid reasons that this can happen. In the event of cancellation we will refund any payment made to Vietnam Shore Excursions (less any cancellation fee that is applicable) within 14 days of our receipt of your written cancellation request.

The cancellation fee will be calculated as follows:

• More than 40 days prior to trip departure: 10% of the deposit paid is non-refundable. This will be saved for your next trip with us. The rest of the deposit paid will be refunded (bank fee levied by your end)
• 40 – 30 days prior to trip departure: 35% charged of the deposit paid
• 29 – 15 days: 50% charged of the deposit paid
• 14 – 10 day: 75% charged of total amount
• Less than 10 days or No show: 100% charged of total amount

After the trip has commenced, we are unable to refund any amount for unused services due to your willingness, early departure, late arrival, or missed days on tours.
