We monitor the port schedule and stay in contact with you regarding any significant changes. If your ship arrives later than expected, we can adjust the meeting time and tour plan when possible. Your excursion is organized with the cruise schedule in mind.

Yes. Your guide and driver will meet you at the designated cruise port meeting point. Detailed meeting instructions will be provided before your arrival so you know exactly where to go after leaving the ship.

Yes. Our general shore excursions can be adapted for families traveling with children. The pace can be adjusted, and suitable activities can be included based on the children's ages and your family's interests.

Booking early is recommended, especially for popular Royal Princess itineraries and peak cruise seasons. An early reservation gives you a better chance of securing your preferred guide, vehicle, and itinerary for your port day.

Absolutely. Shared tours are particularly convenient for solo cruise travelers. You can join the group without having to arrange a private vehicle and guide, while still enjoying a structured experience ashore.

To enjoy your Royal Princess shore excursions to the fullest, please prepare the following:

• Valid passport and cruise ID card
• Comfortable clothing and shoes suitable for tropical weather
• Sun hat, sunscreen, and sunglasses
• Local currency or credit card for personal expenses
• The meeting point and emergency contact details provided by Vietnam Shore Excursions

If you have dietary preferences (e.g., vegetarian meals) or medical concerns, please inform us in advance.

We would deeply regret your decision to cancel your shore excursions; however we realize that there are many valid reasons that this can happen. In the event of cancellation we will refund any payment made to Vietnam Shore Excursions (less any cancellation fee that is applicable) within 14 days of our receipt of your written cancellation request.

The cancellation fee will be calculated as follows:

• More than 40 days prior to trip departure: 10% of the deposit paid is non-refundable. This will be saved for your next trip with us. The rest of the deposit paid will be refunded (bank fee levied by your end)
• 40 – 30 days prior to trip departure: 35% charged of the deposit paid
• 29 – 15 days: 50% charged of the deposit paid
• 14 – 10 day: 75% charged of total amount
• Less than 10 days or No show: 100% charged of total amount

After the trip has commenced, we are unable to refund any amount for unused services due to your willingness, early departure, late arrival, or missed days on tours.
