FULL ITINERARY
Your journey begins as our professional driver and experienced tour guide welcome you at the port entrance gate. Relax on a scenic drive to Ho Chi Minh City, where vibrant streets and rich culture await.
Our first stop is the elegant Notre Dame Cathedral, built between 1863 and 1880 by French colonists, featuring twin bell towers rising over 58 meters. Just across the way, explore the Old Central Post Office, designed by Gustave Eiffel, where classic European design meets Vietnamese charm.
We then head into the heart of Chinatown (Cholon), which is a bustling district alive with colorful shopfronts, aromatic food stalls, and centuries-old temples. Stroll the lively streets, observe local market life, and take in the unique fusion of Chinese and Vietnamese culture.
After enjoying a delicious Vietnamese lunch at a handpicked local restaurant, it’s time to shop at Ben Thanh Market. This is another iconic Saigon landmark offering everything from handwoven textiles and silk Ao Dai to exotic spices and street snacks.
As the day draws to a close, we’ll return to Phu My Port in good time for your cruise departure. Trip ends. Thanks for traveling with Vietnam Shore Excursions!
